Commission Based Sales Representative

Compensation: Commission-based ($50 per signed Property Management Agreement)

Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will drive revenue by acquiring new clients, setting appointments, and promoting our property management services.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, SMS, and emails to property owners
Set appointments with potential clients & track interactions
Maintain detailed sales reports & CRM records
Collaborate with the Operations team for seamless onboarding
Gather client feedback and encourage public reviews

What We’re Looking For:

Sales-driven mindset with experience in outbound calling
Proficiency in CRM tools & Google Workspace
Strong communication & active listening skills
Experience with dialers & cold emailing (preferred)
