Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify Leads—Use Upgrade to see actual info, LinkedIn, and other tools to find and connect with decision-makers.
• Engage & Qualify Prospects – Initiate conversations via email and LinkedIn to generate interest in ELS services.
• Write & Send Personalized Outreach Emails – Craft compelling messages to drive responses and set up sales calls.
• Track & Manage Leads – Maintain lead activity in CRM and follow up effectively.
• Close Deals & Earn Commission – Convert warm leads into customers and earn commission on every closed sale!

Requirements:
• Outbound sales experience (cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, or similar).
• Experience using Upgrade to see actual info or similar lead generation tools.
• Strong written English skills – Ability to craft compelling, professional emails.
• Proactive, results-driven, and resilient in a sales environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
