Job Description

Are you a passionate designer with a flair for creating stunning signage and graphics? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your creativity can shine? HouseSensationsArt is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Creative Signage Designer to join our talented team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our print production process, bringing bold ideas to life through advanced design techniques and a keen understanding of materials and standards. This role will start out as a part time position and transition to a full time role as you become more knowledgeable about our products and business.

Key Responsibilities

Design Excellence: Create captivating designs for UV printing, 3D Printing, Laser Cutting, vinyl, banners, storefronts, vehicle wraps, and other signage using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Create graphics for advertising, website, and internal branding as needed. Photoshop product graphics on backgrounds in true-to-size ratios for product images on website.
Must be able to convert a 2D ( DFX image) to a 3D (STL image) for 3D printing.

Print Production Support: Manage the end-to-end print production process, ensuring designs are optimized for various materials and production methods.
Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, project managers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver outstanding results.
Material Expertise: Select appropriate materials and finishes, staying updated on the latest trends, standards, and best practices in commercial signage.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all designs meet company standards and client expectations.
Innovation: Continuously seek out new design techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance our offerings and streamline workflows.
Required Qualifications

Advanced Skills: Proficient in2D/3D modeling, Adobe Photoshop, In-design, and Illustrator with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with print production processes, particularly in signage and vinyl applications. Familiarity with Silhouette/Logo design and Laser Cutting/Printing.
Team Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-driven production environment.
Technical Understanding: Knowledge of commercial signage materials, industry standards, and best practices.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring design accuracy and quality throughout the production cycle.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Preferred Qualifications

Additional Software Proficiency: Experience with CAD software or other design tools specific to signage production.
Educational Background: Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in a signage or large-format printing company is a plus.
Creative Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to create unique and effective designs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language for effective collaboration and client interactions.

Hours are USA Hours. Part-time to start, transitioning into full-time as the workload and company grows.
