Job Description: Virtual Assistant in Commercial Real Estate
Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, self-driven Virtual Assistant to support our commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for making a difference in our organization. This role requires a combination of administrative expertise, property management knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management: Assist in the management of properties, answer phones, including tenant communications, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Accounting Assistance: Support basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Problem Solving: Identify challenges within workflows and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Research and Reporting: Conduct market research and prepare reports on property performance and market trends.
Collect tenant payments by contacting them to make sure they are paying on time.

Qualifications:

Experience in commercial real estate or property management preferred. Specifically mulitfamily apartments, RV Storage and self storage.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowlede of Appfolio is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
