You will support our back-office operations by researching and organizing contact information, creating BOVs (Broker Opinion of Value) and OMs (Offering Memorandums) using Canva templates, and compiling lists of property owners nationwide. Key Responsibilities:

Research relevant contact information and maintain an up-to-date database.
Create professional BOVs and OMs using existing Canva templates.
Compile and manage nationwide property owner lists through your own research methods.
Ensure data accuracy and detail-oriented documentation.
Adapt to evolving tasks and client requests.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in online research and data entry.
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools (Canva).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
