JOB OVERVIEW

1 Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identifying Potential Clients: Research and compile lists of prospective sellers, buyers, or investors using various databases and online resources.
Initial Outreach: Make outbound calls to introduce your services, gauge interest, and identify potential opportunities.

2. Script Development and Execution:
Script Utilization: Employ effective cold calling scripts tailored to different scenarios, such as initial contact with potential sellers or investors.

Adaptation: Modify scripts in real-time to address the specific needs and responses of each prospect, ensuring a personalized approach.

3. Qualifying Leads:
Information Gathering: Ask pertinent questions to assess the prospect's needs, property details, motivation to sell, and timeline.
Data Recording: Accurately document all relevant information in your CRM system for follow-up and analysis.

4. Appointment Setting:
Scheduling Meetings: Arrange appointments between interested prospects and you or your sales team to discuss opportunities further.
Calendar Management: Ensure all appointments are promptly added to shared calendars with necessary details.

5. Follow-Up Communication:
Maintaining Contact: Conduct follow-up calls or emails with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet committed, keeping them engaged.
Nurturing Leads: Provide additional information or answer questions to move prospects through the sales funnel.

6. Database Management:
CRM Updates: Regularly update the CRM with new leads, call notes, follow-up actions, and status changes.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure effective tracking and reporting.

7. Performance Reporting:
Activity Reports: Generate regular reports detailing call activities, outcomes, and key metrics such as the number of calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
Feedback Provision: Offer insights and suggestions based on call experiences to improve scripts and strategies.

8. Continuous Improvement:
Skill Development: Stay updated on best practices in cold calling and real estate market trends to enhance effectiveness.
Script Refinement: Collaborate with you to refine calling scripts and strategies based on feedback and results.
