Responsibilities:
>> Building a contact list
>> Independently searching for and verifying contacts
>> Segmenting leads by industry, region, and business potential
>> Sending cold
>> Creating effective follow-up sequences to increase conversion
>> Scheduling 5-10 sales meetings per week with real estate agents and brokers
>> Campaign analysis and optimization
>> Testing different
>> Detail-oriented and well-organized – managing multiple clients and campaigns without missing a beat
>> Independent and communicative – staying motivated and proactive
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in lead generation and cold
• Proficiency in tools such as: Instantly.ai,
• Strong copywriting and research skills – must know how to write cold
• Strategic thinking ability – we want someone who doesn’t just “complete tasks” but can analyze and improve campaign results, implement new strategies, and suggest ideas
