About Us:
We are a remote lead generation and marketing agency that helps real estate agents and brokers in the USA acquire clients through effective outbound campaigns (cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn).
Now, we are looking for an experienced specialist who optimize our processes.

Important: Our priority is to quickly and efficiently acquire real estate agents and brokers as clients while maintaining the highest quality standards. Apply if you can meet this requirement.

Responsibilities:
>> Building a contact list
>> Independently searching for and verifying contacts
>> Segmenting leads by industry, region, and business potential
>> Sending cold emails and LinkedIn messages daily with personalized content
>> Creating effective follow-up sequences to increase conversion
>> Scheduling 5-10 sales meetings per week with real estate agents and brokers
>> Campaign analysis and optimization
>> Testing different email content variations and offers to improve effectiveness
>> Detail-oriented and well-organized – managing multiple clients and campaigns without missing a beat
>> Independent and communicative – staying motivated and proactive

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in lead generation and cold email marketing – proven track record of running successful outbound campaigns
• Proficiency in tools such as: Instantly.ai, Upgrade to see actual info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT and others
• Strong copywriting and research skills – must know how to write cold emails that avoid spam filters and grab client attention
• Strategic thinking ability – we want someone who doesn’t just “complete tasks” but can analyze and improve campaign results, implement new strategies, and suggest ideas
