Location: Makati, Philippines (On-site) IN PERSON
Schedule: PM Shift Monday – Friday, 6-hour shift and 4 hours on Friday
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Prospect Researcher & Cold Email Specialist to identify and investigate potential clients and craft personalized cold email sequences that get results. Your main responsibility will be to research and profile ideal prospects, gather key insights, and create compelling 4-email outreach campaigns designed to set high-quality appointments.

Key Responsibilities
• Prospect Research & Targeting: Identify, research, and qualify ideal clients using LinkedIn, databases, and other tools.
• Personalized Email Writing: Craft custom 4-email sequences that address each prospect’s unique needs, pain points, and industry.
• Data Collection & CRM Management: Keep track of prospect details, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously improve email sequences by testing subject lines, messaging, and timing.
• Appointment Setting: Ensure emails drive high-quality leads that convert into booked meetings.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with closers to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong research and investigative skills to find the best prospects.
• Exceptional writing skills with experience in cold email outreach and personalization.
• Knowledge of B2B sales tactics and how to craft compelling messages that get replies.
• Experience with email outreach tools (e.g., Woodpecker, Instantly, Mailshake, Apollo, etc.).
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of tracking and analyzing outreach data.
• Proactive mindset—always looking for ways to improve email success rates.
• Must be available to work on-site in Makati (This is NOT a remote job).
