We are looking for a Cold Email & LinkedIn Outreach VA to help us reach business owners and offer them a free website audit. You will send pre-written email & LinkedIn messages, track responses, and book calls for our sales team.

? Send 1,500+ cold emails per day using Instantly
? Send LinkedIn connection requests & messages to business owners
? Track replies and book sales calls with warm leads
? Follow up with interested prospects & move them through our CRM
? Work closely with the Lead Gen VA to upload fresh leads daily

???? Requirements:
???? Experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or sales prospecting
???? Strong written English skills
???? Basic CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Google Sheets tracking)
???? Organized and detail-oriented
???? Previous experience in SEO, web services, or lead gen is a bonus

???? Salary: $4-5/hr (Full-Time) + Performance Bonuses
