What You'll Do:
- Research: Identify potential off-market real estate deals using various tools and resources, including property records, zoning information, and market data.
- Cold Calling: Connect with property owners, build rapport, assess their interest, and schedule appointments for our acquisition team.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Nurture leads and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates.

Qualifications:
- MUST complete the Job Fit Assessment to be considered for an interview (link below).
- Full-time commitment (40 hours/week).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in cold calling or sales is a plus.
- Real estate knowledge is a bonus.

Full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST with a 1-hour lunch break).
Compensation: $600-$800/month + bonuses based on closed deals.
