Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and skilled professional, adept at selling and effectively presenting services to potential clients.

This role requires someone who can engage clients and communicate clearly with them, and is knowledgeable when it comes to research, data analytics and administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to confirm essential client information, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
- Respond to customer questions and inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and sensitivity to their concerns.
- Efficiently manage various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and documentation, to ensure seamless operations.
- Work collaboratively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and management to foster a positive work environment and achieve common goals.
- Provide exceptional service by actively listening to client needs and offering effective solutions.

Requirements

- Experience: A minimum of 2 years as a Sales/Cold Caller Representative with a positive attitude.
- Communication Skills: Proficient in both spoken and written English (C2-level).
- Versatile Team Player: Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to Detail: Precision is crucial in this position.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
- Home Office Setup: Maintain a quiet workspace with reliable internet and a computer system.
-Basic knowledge of web tools and conducting online research.
-Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets, including standard functions and formulas.
-Familiarity with ChatGPT formulas in Google Sheets.
-Ability to import and export files accurately.
-Basic skills in managing and organizing emails effectively.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
-Familiarity with navigating online tools efficiently.
