Cold Caller for - Real Estate Wholesale/ Investor

We are looking for an individual with the right experience as well as someone that wants to learn and expand their knowledge of the Real Estate Wholesale Industry. You should be able to speak English fluently with as little of an accent as possible; have excellent communication skills, and not be afraid to speak to homeowners who are interested in selling their home. You should be able to have a casual conversation without sounding robotic.
Your primary goal is engaging potential sellers and generating leads effectively. You will do this by cold calling a list of people that are homeowners.

- Proficient in using Mojo dialer
- Cold Calling
- Sales Skills
- Pre-qualifying leads
- Lead follow up
- Lead nurturing
- Update CRM (Notes and Lead's stage in the process)



Additional skills sought, but NOT Necessary (We will teach you if you don’t know how)
- Due Diligence & Repair Costs: Through close collaboration with a seasoned realtor mentor, Strong skills in performing thorough due diligence, calculating repair costs, and determining the right offers.
- Real Estate Services: Be familiar with various acquisition strategies, including cash offers, seller financing, and listing with a Real Estate Agent.
- Campaign Experience: Worked on real estate campaigns targeting probate, foreclosure, distressed properties, and low-equity (upside-down) situations, providing a comprehensive understanding of various market challenges.
- Due Diligence (ARV & Repair Costs)
- Make offers and schedule walkthroughs
