Cold Caller for Real Estate Loans

Hi everyone. I am in need of someone with some type of background in real estate cold calling.
I will provide a CRM of investors and these people need to be called on daily and weekly basis in order to land possible deals for our lender to lend money to. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY if you have no previous experience of cold calling or working with a crm. We work with Upgrade to see actual info crm. The job will be divided into 2. You will also be calling potential sellers of properties. There is bonuses and commissions you can make.
Only apply with clear english. The job will also require VA work which will be basic design, excel list organization and other various VA tasks.
