Cold Caller Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Wholesale Business

Position: Cold Caller Virtual Assistant
Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (between 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)
Type: Remote, Part-Time


About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Cold Caller Virtual Assistant to join our real estate wholesale business. The ideal candidate will call potential motivated sellers, establish rapport, and gather essential information about their property to determine if they’re a good fit for our services.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to a provided list of potential sellers.
- Follow a pre-written script to qualify leads.
- Build rapport with sellers and gather property details such as condition, motivation to sell, and timeline.
- Document call results and update CRM with accurate notes.
- Handle objections and provide information about our services confidently.
- Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for further discussion when necessary.


Requirements
- Fluent English with excellent speaking and listening skills.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or cold calling (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Access to a quiet work environment and reliable internet connection.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
