Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Cold Calling Manager to build, structure, and manage our outbound cold-calling operations. This is a leadership role that requires expertise in high-volume cold calling, sales strategy, and call center technology. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who knows how to scale a cold-calling department, optimize lead outreach, and drive conversion rates.

Job Responsibilities
1. Develop & Implement a Cold-Calling System – Build and optimize an outbound calling strategy from the ground up.
2. Select & Manage Cold-Calling Technology – Research and choose the best dialers, CRM integrations, and call platforms.
3. Hire, Train & Manage a Cold Calling Team – Build a team of skilled cold callers and oversee their performance.
4. Oversee High-Volume Outbound Campaigns – Ensure maximum lead engagement and conversion rates.
5. Optimize Scripts & Call Strategies – Develop effective scripts, objection-handling techniques, and call flows.
6. Track & Analyze Performance Metrics – Use data-driven insights to improve the success of cold-calling efforts.
7. Maintain a Scalable Cold-Calling Operation – Align processes with company growth and revenue goals.

Job Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in high-volume cold calling (B2B or B2C).
2. Proven leadership experience in managing a successful cold-calling team.
3. Extensive knowledge of cold-calling platforms, dialers, and CRM systems.
4. Strong ability to train and manage a team of sales agents.
5. Exceptional objection-handling and persuasion skills.
6. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to optimize processes.
7. Fluent English communication skills – Strong spoken and written abilities.
8. Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet quotas.
