We are seeking motivated and results-driven Cold Callers to join our team. As a Cold Caller, you will play a critical role in generating leads, building relationships, and scheduling appointments with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided contact lists.
• Introduce our services/products and identify the client’s needs.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Handle objections and provide solutions to prospective clients professionally.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
• Continuously improve call scripts and strategies to increase effectiveness.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients over the phone.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking software is a plus.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and able to handle rejection professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
• Knowledge of the industry or services/products being offered.
• Bilingual abilities are a bonus but not required.
