Cold Caller

Job Opportunity: BASE + COMMISSION

Hours: MUST WORK 5 PM - 8 PM EST (ONLY 3 Hours DAILY) New York Time

Compensation: Commission-Only ($2/hour + $6 per Qualified Appointment + $40 per Close)

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Availability: Please state your availability to work 5 PM - 8 PM EST.
10 Day Probationary Period: (30 Leads Must be Generated in the first 10 days to receive base pay)
Acknowledgment: Confirm you understand the compensation structure.

Base Pay Requirements Beginning 1/31/2025- 2/10
110 Calls Per Day
30 Leads must be generated within the first 10 days to be eligible for base pay beginning 2/11/2025 New York Time

Responsibilities


Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers who may qualify for government utility savings programs.

Appointment Setting: Secure appointments for our team of program specialists to present savings solutions.

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM system.

Lead Nurturing: Answer basic questions about the program, overcome objections, and follow up with warm leads.

Requirements


Experience: Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing experience is required.

Tools & Equipment: Access to high-speed internet is mandatory.

Communication Skills: Clear and professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly call quotas.
