Cold Call Setter (Real Estate)

We are Elite Estate Agents, Real Estate Marketing Agency based in Canada.

We’re looking for 3 motivated cold call setters to join our team and start right away this week!

*Requirements:*

- Past experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English and clean pronunciation (this is critical)
- Able to work during Canadian time-zone working hours
- Better if you have past experience in real estate

*What We Offer:*

- Competitive base pay (increasing in time ) + commission for every deal closed + incentives

We start by a 30 days test period where we need to determine your skills and performance, to pass the 30 days test you will need to book at least 15 appointments (that is half of an average setter performance).

Because we need to understand your skills during this period you are gonna be paid 15.000PHP for the test month plus a 150USD commission for every deal we close from your booking.

After the test period your salary will be around 20.000PHP (170 PHP/hour for 30h a week) plus 100USD in commission for every deal closed from your booked appointments.
