Cold Call CLOSER (sales)

Who we are as a company:
We are a sales organization that prides itself on our training and systems to get massive results for our clients.

What the position looks like:
Salespeople are expected to make a high volume of outbound calls with our dialer system and sign new customers up for our Pest Control Service over the phone.

Compensation:
We have hourly pay of $6 USD/hr PLUS an aggressive bonus structure. For every sale over your minimum quota for the month, you will receive a $50 USD Bonus! For example; the minimum quota is 14 sales for the month. If you sold 50 new serviced accounts for the month, 24-14=10 sales over quota. You would make an additional $50 on the 10 over = $500 USD Bonus on top of your hourly pay!

Who we are looking for:
You must have prior cold-calling experience. You must have a computer, headphones, and a good wifi connection. We are looking for individuals who can work M-F 9 am PST - 6 pm PST
Sales experience preferred not but required.
