Coaching Assistant (Remote) – Trading Platform Support

We are looking for a Coaching Assistant to join our team and support students in their trading journey. This role involves guiding students through the Charles Schwab Thinkorswim platform, providing technical assistance, and ensuring they gain confidence in using trading tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support & Training
- Guide students through the Thinkorswim trading platform, helping them with trade entry, exit, and management.
- Conduct Zoom coaching sessions to provide step-by-step instructions and answer platform-related questions.
- Assist students with setting up brokerage accounts and configuring trading tools.

Technical Assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Thinkorswim platform.
- Ensure students have access to the necessary tools, resources, and community platforms.

Coaching & Communication
- Provide clear, patient, and engaging coaching to students with different levels of experience.
- Maintain active communication through email, chat, and Zoom to support student success.
- Collaborate with the coaching team to enhance training processes and student engagement.

Documentation & Reporting
- Keep accurate records of student interactions, technical issues, and solutions.
- Suggest improvements to training materials and support processes.

Key Qualifications

Skills & Experience
- Fluent, clear English speaking and writing skills (mandatory).
- Teaching, coaching, or assistant coaching experience.
- Prior experience in customer support, training, or mentoring.
- Experience with trading platforms (Thinkorswim is a plus, but training is provided).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.

- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple way.
- Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail.
