What You’ll Be Doing:

- Tracking daily performance metrics and coaching reps to hit their targets.
- Listening to call recordings and giving feedback that actually helps.
- Running high-energy morning group check-ins to set the team up for daily success, five days a week.
- Handling appointment reschedules and ensuring smooth operations.
- Interviewing and onboarding new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as we grow.
- Constantly refining strategies to boost performance without adding pressure.
