We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Co-Hosting Account Manager to join our team. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with proven experience in property management, customer service, and reporting. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing multiple priorities, ensuring top-notch guest experiences, and keeping clients satisfied at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations for short-term rental properties.
Handle guest communications, reservations, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure seamless property management.
Monitor property performance, pricing, and occupancy to optimize revenue.
Prepare and review financial reports, revenue summaries, and invoices.
Resolve guest complaints, disputes, and claims, including chargebacks, in a timely manner.
Implement and optimize processes to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in short-term rental property management, Airbnb, or similar platforms.
Strong background in finance, reporting, and customer service.
Familiarity with tools such as Hostaway, Breezeway,
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage remote teams and delegate tasks effectively.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
Work Schedule:
45 hours per week, with availability for emergencies or urgent situations as needed.
