Cloud-Based VOIP and Predictive Dialer Specialist

We are a growing call center based in the Philippines, seeking an experienced VOIP and Predictive Dialer Specialist to help us identify, implement, and maintain a cost-effective cloud-based solution for our operations. Our team currently has 20 users, with plans to scale to 75 users within six months. We require a solution that provides excellent performance, scalability, robust reporting, real-time dashboards, and integrations through tools like Zapier.

Responsibilities:

Analyze our current call center needs and future scalability requirements.
Recommend an affordable, high-quality VOIP and predictive dialer solution (e.g., VUpgrade to see actual info or other options) that fits our needs.
Set up and configure the selected system, including campaigns, business rules, and integrations.
Optimize the system to handle high voicemail volumes and ensure compliance with US dialing regulations.
Create real-time dashboards and provide robust reporting capabilities tailored to our operations.
Configure webhooks for Zapier and other third-party tools to automate workflows based on business rules.
Offer ongoing support or help us establish a reliable support relationship with a trusted company.
Qualifications:

Proven experience setting up cloud-based VOIP systems and predictive dialers for call centers.
Success stories implementing cost-effective solutions for teams of similar size and scaling requirements.
Expertise with systems like VUpgrade to see actual info, GoAutoDial, or other affordable alternatives.
Knowledge of US dialing best practices, high voicemail management, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in creating integrations with tools like Zapier using webhooks.
Strong understanding of reporting tools, real-time dashboards, and campaign configuration.
Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Preferred:

Experience with transitioning teams from systems like Convoso or Five9.
Ability to offer post-implementation support and training.
