Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Clip Finder to curate the best horizontal video clips of motivational speakers for our YouTube channel. Your role will be essential in helping us gather the most impactful and engaging clips to create powerful motivational content.

Responsibilities:
- Find high-quality, horizontal clips of motivational speakers (original footage without music).
- Source clips from speeches, interviews, and talks, focusing on the most powerful moments.
- Edit longer videos to extract the best motivational content.
- Ensure clips align with the tone and themes of our videos.
- Work closely with video editors to deliver the best possible footage.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of motivational speakers and what makes an engaging clip.
- Ability to find and extract high-quality video content.
- Basic video editing skills to trim clips and remove music.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
