Client and guest lead generator for Short Term Rental property management company

Looking for associate property managers at my rapidly growing short-term rental management company!

We manage over 50 properties, and are growing rapidly. We are currently looking for someone ideally with specialized experience in long-term or furnished mid-term property management. Experience is not required but highly preferred. A big part of your job will be looking for, vetting, and onboarding mid-term leads looking for furnished housing of 30 days or more. If you do not have experience in this, I will give you some training but you will need to also exhibit some self-motivation to learn it on your own, too.

When you begin, you will be trained the same way all of our new hires are trained (basic customer support training for phone, text, email, Hospitable, and Slack). Once you graduate from training (6 weeks or less), you will be moved to full-time lead generation, and will only be responsible for customer support tasks when we are short-handed. As the company is not currently large enough to have dedicated departments for each task, I'm looking for people who are good at juggling priorities, task switching, and going with the flow. We are NOT looking for a regular VA who just wants to punch the clock and get paid. We want someone who is looking for a long-term career and is willing to grow with us!

This is a FULL-TIME position - 4 day work week, 9.5 hours per day. We pay on a tiered scale. Tier 1 agents will earn between $Upgrade to see actual infoUSD per month, depending on job performance. Tier 2 or Tier 3 agents earn between $Upgrade to see actual infoor $1400 to $1900, respectively. You will also be able to pick up additional on-call shifts for overnight (EST) management. Specific hours once out of training will Monday -Thursday from 7:30 am - 5 pm EST (also working on Fridays during training). Note any schedule limitations you have when you apply.
