Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience by managing client communications and verifying borrower references. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to client emails and texts using Gmail and OpenPhone.
Verify borrower references to ensure accurate and reliable information.
Use Monday.com to track, organize, and prioritize tasks and communications.
Handle inquiries from clients seeking financial assistance with sensitivity and professionalism.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client needs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and verification processes.
Provide exceptional customer service, especially to clients who may be under stress or in urgent financial situations.
