JOB OVERVIEW

This virtual position requires a positive mindset and ability to work independently and with a team. Hours include Saturday and Sunday shifts. Please only apply if you are able to work those days.

Responsibilities involve meeting time-sensitive deadlines, prioritizing daily tasks while taking inbound phone calls to resolve account inquires, or issues, processing account changes, preserving memberships, selling memberships and providing and exceptional experience consistent with brand expectations. Associates should be able to provide an exceptionally positive experience through positive, cheerful, engaging and resourceful, interactions. Some outbound calls as well as administrative work will be required.

Prior experience required. An exceptional English accent is required as well as a proven track record in customer service including sales. Reliable and fast internet connection, noise cancelling headset, as well as access to back up power/internet is required. Position is for a company based in Washington PST time zone. Approximately 35 hours per week, pay is weekly. Pay increases to $5.50 per hour after initial training is complete.
