We’re looking for dynamic Appointment Setters with B2B sales experience. If you’re someone who thrives in building relationships and managing multiple accounts with autonomy, this role is for you.
This role involves direct client interaction and strategic responsibilities, where you’ll proactively manage 5-10 accounts and build relationships from scratch across various markets.

What we require:
• B2B Sales Experience with a focus on appointment setting, cold calling, and prospecting
• Exceptional communication skills: native or near-native English proficiency is a must
• Ability to build relationships from scratch in various markets
• Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, and proactively working as an assistant for client campaigns
• Experience with multi-account management (5-10 accounts simultaneously)
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines independently
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to new strategies and verticals
• Strong proficiency with CRM software/GHL is a plus
• Fast and stable internet connection and a quiet working environment
• Reliable desktop or laptop with webcam and USB headset
• Availability to work during US business hours (Monday to Friday)
What you'll do:
• Build and nurture relationships with 5-10 client accounts, acting as their key point of contact
• Proactively communicate with clients to support campaigns, resolve issues, and provide strategic advice
• Manage your own schedule, balancing multiple accounts and client needs
• Conduct B2B sales calls, making connections without scripts, and fostering meaningful conversations
• Send and respond to client
• Attend mandatory daily meetings for team collaboration and strategy updates
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly account metrics to ensure KPIs are being met
