Job Description: Client Success Specialist
Role Overview:
As a Client Success Specialist at JTS Vacations, you will be the client's primary point of contact, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction through personalized service. You will guide clients through our unique "3PEG" approach, providing a seamless and stress-free travel experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated customer success manager for assigned clients.
- Manage the client journey: Pay, Plan, Pack, Educate, Go.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences.
- Coordinate with travel advisors and suppliers to deliver bespoke travel experiences.
- Address and resolve client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Building travel proposals
- Contact vendors to create custom travel experiences
- Research travel destinations
- Answer calls from prospective clients and existing clients
Qualifications:
- Must-have: Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, customer-focused mindset, great attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- Experience with either KEAP or Go High Level
- Nice-to-have: Experience in the travel industry or customer success roles.
- Must work Monday - Friday, 10 am EST to 6 pm EST
- Strong internet access
Experience:
- 2+ years in client-facing roles, preferably in travel, hospitality, or customer service.
