Client Success Manager for Coaching Program

We're looking for a full-time client success manager for our coaching program.

Monthly Salary: $1,500 (Compensation can exceed standard rates based on experience)
Hours: 40 hours/week (40 hours/week: MO-FR)

Role: Oversee client satisfaction and progress tracking, and facilitate communication between clients and coaches. Link between sales team, coaching team and clients. Part Sales Team, Part Coaching team. 2 Weeks intensive paid training period.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct onboarding calls and assist clients in filling out forms and setting goals and their client journey..
• Track client progress and ensure they meet key milestones.
• Regularly check in with clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Provide a communication bridge between clients, the coaching team, as well as the sales team.
• Skills: Strong communication, experience with social media and content creation, client management, organization, and problem-solving.
