A Higher You" is a self-development and personal branding mentorship program, guiding creators and aspiring influencers to build their personal brands and achieve financial freedom. We help individuals align their passions with powerful, influential content creation, allowing them to build their online presence, create offers, and make money. We are rapidly scaling and are looking for a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
As the Client Success Manager for "A Higher You," you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, helping them stay on track with the program, addressing their questions, and ensuring they achieve their goals. You’ll need to foster strong relationships, track client progress, and collaborate closely with our coaching and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding: Ensure new clients have a smooth onboarding experience, helping them understand how to navigate the program and maximize their success.
Client Engagement: Maintain regular check-ins with clients via
Client Retention: Proactively identify at-risk clients and implement strategies to increase engagement and success.
Feedback Gathering: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve the program and address client needs.
Reporting: Track client progress and prepare regular reports for management on client success, satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
Problem Solving: Act as a point of escalation for any client issues, ensuring swift resolution in collaboration with other teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with our coaching team to ensure that clients are on track to meet their goals.
Upsell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional offers and services that can help them grow.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in a client success or customer service role, preferably in coaching, personal branding, or online education.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required.
