Client Success Coach – Online Fitness Company (Remote, Full-Time)

We’re The Dream Team Academy... an online fitness company helping over 250+ women lose 20–30 lbs, transform their bodies, and become the most confident versions of themselves.

We’re looking for a Client Success Coach to help us deliver world-class support to our clients.

What You'll Do:
Support onboarding calls and new client setup

Monitor client progress using our green/yellow/red system

Reach out to clients who fall off track and get them re-engaged

Must have used the app "trainerize"

Track check-ins, progress photos, metrics, and follow-up

Collaborate with our head coaches on client wins and fulfillment systems

You Are:
Passionate about fitness and client results

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable on Zoom/Slack/Trainerize (or willing to learn fast)

Emotionally intelligent and proactive — you take ownership, not excuses

Coachable, humble, and hungry to grow

Not working with another full-time job or coaching team

Requirements:
? Fluent in English (written + spoken)
? Full-time availability (30–40 hrs/week)
? Comfortable doing video onboarding calls
? A stable internet connection + quiet working environment
? Fitness coaching experience is a big bonus
