VIDPROS is looking for a Client Success Agent who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their success with our services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering guidance, support, and solutions to help them achieve their video editing goals.
Responsibilities:
• Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Resolve client issues promptly, collaborating with sales and operations.
• Serve as the primary resource for client inquiries.
• Provide feedback to the sales team for improving the client experience.
Skills:
• Prior customer support/success experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and work well in a team.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools preferred.
• Video editing/production knowledge is a plus.
System Requirements:
• Stable, high-speed internet connection (100 MBPS+).
• Noise-canceling headset/microphone and 720p+ webcam.
• Designated, distraction-free workspace.
