???? Hiring: Offshore Client Services Administrator and Support Coordination (Virtual Assistant)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Client Services Administrator and Support Coordination (Virtual Assistant)** to join our team remotely. This role will focus on **supporting our Client Services Team and the support coordination team** through administrative tasks, inbox management, Calendar management and reporting—allowing our team to nurture client relationships more effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage team inboxes, ensuring client inquiries are allocated to the appropriate team members.
Support the team with administrative tasks, including document management and reporting.
Assist in tracking and coordinating client service agreements (SAs).
Provide general administrative support to enhance team efficiency.
Occasionally make follow-up phone calls when required.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Proficiency in SharePoint and experience with databases.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
