My company is a US based company that provides custom branded marketing display products. We help businesses look good for events and shows they wish to attend by providing them with custom tents, flags, table covers, backdrops, and more! Our Customer Service Specialists should have a natural love of helping and assisting businesses, and people. The Client Relations Specialist will act as a liaison, provide product and promotion information, answer questions, manage projects, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The position will primarily consist and or require:
- Answering pre-sell questions about products or promotions
- Responding to
- Responding to
- Responding to phone calls
- Project management & project coordination
- Wordpress / Woocommerce (creating coupons, looking up order details, adding tracking information to orders, etc)
- collaborate with designers by compiling information and files for designers to use.
This would be a full-time position. Our normal hours/days of operation is Monday - Friday.
The perfect person should be a great communicator, a problem solver, and someone who loves people!
Experience managing and working with wordpress/woocommerce prefered - but not required!
I'm willing to teach and train in any area in which you may be unfamiliar.
