We’re looking for a detail-oriented Client Manager who enjoys working on documentation, interacting with clients—both in-person and via video calls—and ensuring every detail is handled with care.
We are a New Zealand-based Immigration Law service business, committed to helping individuals and families achieve their immigration dreams with confidence and ease.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Documentation Oversight: Collect, prepare, and organize client documents, ensuring everything is accurate, complete, and submitted on time to meet lodgment targets.
- Client Interaction: Confidently engage with clients through various channels, including

- Proactive Service Management: Drive continuous service improvement across your areas of responsibility, providing a seamless client experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver end-to-end client satisfaction.
- Client Service Excellence: Actively manage client concerns, ensuring all issues or follow-up actions are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Sales Growth: Proactively generate visa renewals and identify opportunities for business growth through existing client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of team lead or managerial experience, demonstrating the ability to guide and inspire others. Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in documentation and client management.
- Love for Documentation: Must enjoy working on a high volume of documentation, with strong organizational skills to handle collecting, preparing, and managing client paperwork.
- Client Interaction: Confident and comfortable engaging directly with clients on a daily basis, including through video calls.
- Independence: Must be able to work independently without supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
- Adaptability: Open to being transferred to other departments to support evolving business needs.
Working hours: 6am to 3pm Philippines time
