Client Intake Specialist – SSD

Job Overview:
Idiart Law Group is hiring a Client Intake Specialist to assist individuals seeking Social Security Disability (SSD) benefits. You will be the first point of contact, gathering important case details and guiding potential clients through the intake process.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound inquiries and assess potential SSD cases
• Gather and document key case details in the case management system
• Explain the SSD claim process to potential clients
• Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with attorneys
• Work closely with the intake team to achieve performance goals

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in intake, customer service, or sales (legal experience is a plus but not required)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly Rate: Depending on experience
• Bonuses: Quarterly bonuses ranging from $300 to $3,000 based on team and individual performance
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (with a one-hour lunch break)
• Paid Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year (schedule to be finalized with the team)
• Start Date: ASAP
