Client Funding Support Specialist (URGENT HIRING!)

Job Overview
LVL Group NY LLC is seeking a Client Funding Support Specialist with experience in client onboarding and credit management tools to join our Fulfillment and Funding Department. The role involves gathering essential client data, creating funding roadmaps, and providing ongoing client support to maximize their funding opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding Support: Participate in client onboarding and funding calls, gathering details on banking relationships and business credit card utilization.
- Funding Roadmap Development: Create customized funding roadmaps leveraging client relationships and researching local funding options.
- Ongoing Client Communication: Follow up with clients for required documents, bank setups, utilization updates, and provide actionable credit recommendations.
- Funding Strategy Recommendations: Advise clients on enhancing their credit profiles, researching strategies in business communities to maximize funding options.
- Regular Reporting: Provide daily and weekly updates on client interactions, roadmap progress, and any challenges or suggestions.

Required Tools & Systems Knowledge
Ideal candidates will have experience with the following tools for credit management and client support:
- Credit & Funding Tools: MyFreeScore, IdentityIQ, and other credit monitoring platforms.
- Communication Tools: Slack, Zoom, and email for team collaboration and client communication.
- Data Management: CRM software, Google Sheets, and task tracking tools such as Trello.
- Research Resources: Skool and other professional communities to stay updated on current funding strategies.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in credit repair, client support, finance, or business funding.
- Strong understanding of credit monitoring tools like MyFreeScore and IdentityIQ.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Sheets for client data management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt funding strategies to client needs through continuous research.

Compensation & Schedule
- Rate: $5-$7+ per hour, paid weekly.
- Shift: 10am - 6pm EST (8 hours).
- Start Date: IMMEDIATE!!
