JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Client Account Manager based in the Philippines to serve as the primary liaison between our agency and clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven digital marketing environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding results and service.

This is a remote, full-time position where you will collaborate with internal teams and clients across the U.S. and international markets. Your responsibilities will include managing marketing strategies, aligning priorities across departments, and ensuring client satisfaction through strong communication and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via Slack, Email, Chat, Asana, JIRA, ClickUp, and Google Meet (video on required).
- Develop and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Programmatic, Social Ads, Email Marketing, and Link Building.
- Plan and execute SEO content strategies, including content calendars, formatting, and structural optimization.
- Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) audits and provide recommendations to improve conversion performance.
- Define SEO strategy and roadmap; work closely with SEO project managers to prioritize work for optimal results.
- Conduct CTR analysis using Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to drive optimization decisions.
- Utilize GA4 (Google Analytics 4) for analyzing user behavior and collaborate with analytics teams to track customer journeys.
- Leverage tools such as Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl), Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio to extract strategic insights and build client reports.
- Host bi-weekly client video calls to review performance metrics, project updates, and strategic initiatives.
- Align deliverables with client goals in collaboration with project managers.
- Communicate ongoing budget and staffing needs with clients.
- Resolve issues with a strategic and solutions-oriented approach while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Present performance results and marketing strategies to stakeholders and executive clients.
- Identify opportunities for strategic growth and recommend additional services to drive client success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native-level English fluency (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience in digital marketing disciplines including SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Programmatic), Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing, and Link Building.
- Strong understanding of content strategy for SEO: content calendar creation, formatting, and SEO structuring.
- Experience conducting CRO audits and recommending actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with technical SEO issues (no development required, but must understand technical complexities).
- Agile project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and manage sprints.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills; experienced in tools such as Slack, Asana, JIRA, ClickUp, and Google Meet.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into marketing actions.
- Proficiency with enterprise SEO tools: Lumar, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
- Experience performing CTR analysis and implementing SEO optimizations using Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.
- Proficiency in GA4 for analyzing user intent, SEO performance, and customer journey tracking.
- Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to simplify technical language and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in budget management and financial communication with clients.
