????? Role Overview
We’re looking for a Clay.com power user who can build and manage enriched lead workflows, automate data-driven outreach processes, and support campaign setup and optimization across various outbound platforms. You’ll work closely with our founder to help scale client campaigns and internal operations.
???? Key Responsibilities
Build and manage dynamic Clay tables with enriched lead data (firmographics, contact info, signals).
Create automations and workflows using Clay integrations (e.g., LinkedIn scraping,
Set up and maintain Make.com workflows that sync Clay with tools like Close.io, Smartlead, Slack, Google Sheets, etc.
Organize and manage tasks and SOPs in ClickUp.
Collaborate on cold
Troubleshoot data issues, broken automations, and integration errors.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve our internal workflows.
???? Ideal Experience
Proven experience with Clay.com (at least 6 months hands-on, bonus if used for lead gen).
Comfortable with Make.com (Integromat) and automating across multiple tools.
Familiarity with ClickUp for task and project management.
Understanding of B2B lead generation, sales workflows, or cold
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and SOP creation skills.
Self-starter who can troubleshoot, experiment, and improve processes proactively.
