We are seeking a proactive leader to oversee daily office operations and serve as a key liaison between our team, clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Insurance Coordination: Communicate with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims and ensure proper documentation.
• Job Coordination: Schedule and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Collections Management: Oversee accounts receivable and collections
• Administrative Support: Manage administrative operations, maintain records, and support tea
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Team Building: Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes and collections.
• Proven experience in office management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
• Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Office, Quickbooks and reading Xactimate estimates
• Possess polite, confident, team player skills including listening and questioning skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
