Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the writer to ensure visuals align with the book's tone and audience.
Create a cohesive visual style throughout the book.
Incorporate feedback to refine illustrations as needed.
Deliver completed illustrations in print-ready and digital formats.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a children's book illustrator (please include your portfolio or links to your work).
Proficiency in digital illustration software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate).
Ability to create colorful, playful, and age-appropriate designs for children.
Strong understanding of character development, perspective, and storytelling through art.
Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience illustrating books for children ages 3-8.
Familiarity with formatting and preparing files for self-publishing platforms like Amazon KDP.
Knowledge of diverse cultural and inclusive illustration styles.
