JOB OVERVIEW

What You’ll Do
As my trusted Personal Assistant and Chief of Staff, you’ll be working on all aspects of the business, mainly in a managerial and marketing role, with the purpose of saving me time. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managerial and Hiring Support: Overseeing the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and training new team members. Managing internal workflows and ensuring smooth operations within the team.
• Task Management: Prioritizing, creating, and following up on tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Delegating effectively to Virtual Assistants (VAs) and video editors while maintaining accountability.
• Research & Reporting: Gathering data, preparing reports, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and supporting me in identifying growth opportunities. Conducting competitive analysis to refine our strategies.
• Calendar & Travel Management: Organizing a busy schedule, including booking meetings, coordinating calls across time zones, making travel arrangements, and ensuring I’m prepared for all engagements.
• Communication Hub: Handling email correspondence, drafting responses, managing follow-ups, and ensuring prompt and professional communication across all business interactions.
• Troubleshooting: Proactively identifying and resolving operational issues, streamlining inefficiencies, and ensuring seamless workflows within the business.
• Buyer Support: Assisting with communication, scheduling, and preparation for meetings with our U.S.-based buyers. Ensuring smooth coordination and follow-ups to maintain strong business relationships.

• Adaptability: You’re comfortable adjusting to the fast pace of a startup environment.
• Time Zone Flexibility: have constant availability everyday of the week with lower availability on weekends. I expect 14- 16 hours of availability on weekdays and 8 hour
Bonus if you’ve supported C-suite executives, have experience in lead generation or marketing, or are familiar with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Slack.
