Are you a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in branding, systems, and high-quality website development? We are seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the digital strategy, operational innovation, and systems architecture across our portfolio of five+ companies. This is your opportunity to take the lead in shaping, refining, and elevating our digital presence and systems to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Branding & Design Efforts: Oversee and unify the branding, design, and development efforts across all five companies, ensuring a cohesive, premium, and impactful brand identity. Ensure the proper use of branding style guides and design briefs to maintain consistency in every touchpoint.

Execute High-Quality Website Development: Manage the development and optimisation of all company websites, focusing on user engagement, speed, SEO performance, and a visually compelling experience that speaks to the company’s brand values.

Marketing & Digital Strategy: Provide strategic guidance on digital marketing initiatives, helping the business dominate its market with a strong, data-driven online presence. Lead the adoption of tools, systems, and workflows that streamline operations, customer acquisition, and overall business growth, particularly focusing on Go High Level.

Systems & Workflow Innovation: Ensure that system architecture, automation, and workflows are not just functioning but thriving. Work with teams to build and enhance systems like Go High Level, workflow automation, and scalable platforms that support marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.

Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and IT professionals, guiding them toward delivering exceptional, high-quality results. Instil a detail-oriented mindset, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards.

Detail-Driven Branding Systems: Create and enforce a structure for branding systems, ensuring every piece of digital and visual content aligns with the brand’s strategic objectives and high-quality standards.

Security, Data Management & IT Governance: Oversee digital platforms to ensure robust security protocols, data management, and adherence to IT governance best practices, enabling safe, efficient operations.

What We’re Looking For:
Extensive Experience: A proven track record in branding, website development, systems implementation, and technology leadership, particularly in digital strategy and execution.
Expertise in Go High Level: Deep understanding of Go High Level or similar platforms, with experience in implementing workflows and automating systems to boost marketing, sales, and customer service efforts.
Systems & Workflow Mastery: Expertise in optimising system architectures and building workflows that drive efficiency, automate tasks, and support scalable business operations.
Eye for Detail: An individual who is detail-obsessed, ensuring that every aspect of system development meets the highest standards. You must have a high bar for quality and the ability to catch small errors before they become big issues.
Innovative Problem Solver: Ability to identify bottlenecks and implement creative solutions. You should thrive in continuously improving systems, websites, and digital platforms.
Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive collaboration and inspire teams. You will play a crucial role in guiding our developers, designers, and marketing professionals to their best work.
Strategic Vision: Ability to align technology, branding, and digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, contributing to growth, customer engagement, and market dominance.
