Chief Marketing Officer or Full Stack Marketing Generalist

We are a small/new/young ultra-modern Accounting Firm specialising in Virtual CFO Services (but also providing other services that compliment this).
While we are very good at the financial side of things, we are not very good at marketing. Hence, we are looking for a CMO or Full-Stack Marketing expert to tell us what will work, and implement it. The right person will be given full freedom to work their magic!

Ideally we want to scale from 6 figures to 7-8 ASAP, and building a method for consistent referrals, leads, awareness and more is the main goal. We are not marketing specialists so want to hear from you! (e.g. is it a lead funnel? Facebook ads? LinkedIn? We've tried a number of things and not had much success, but want to become Australia's most prominent/well know CFO's.

The right person will receive generous commissions, be given freedom to implement their vision, and have flexibility in their hours. We're here to support you as you help grow our business!
Note this will start as a part-time or contractor role, with salary dependent on experience from $10AUD ph - $25AUD ph + bonuses, or as negotiated.

As part of your application we want to know "If you are given the full freedom to grow this CFO Services Accounting Firm, what is it you would recommend as the marketing strategy to increase awareness and bring in consistent high-ticket leads ($20,000 to $50,000 per client)?" Our target audience is business owners currently doing $1m+ in revenue that are looking to scale to $10m+ but need financial guidance or an advisor to assist them on this and strategy.
