Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – 7 Figure E-com Business

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our fast-growing e-commerce brand. As CFO, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, optimizing profitability, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth. You will oversee financial planning, cash flow, budgeting, and P&L management, ensuring our e-commerce business remains financially efficient and scalable.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy & Planning
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting to support business growth.
- Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and provide insights into revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue optimization.

Transaction & Expense Management
- Organize and track all financial transactions, ensuring proper categorization of expenses and income.
- Monitor spending trends and recommend areas for increasing or reducing expenditures based on data analysis.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting for decision-making.

Cash Flow & Risk Management
- Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity for daily operations.
- Implement expense control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and risk mitigation practices.

Financial Reporting & Business Insights
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with key performance insights.
- Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for business improvements.
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align financial strategies with business goals.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Manager, or similar leadership role, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or digital business models.
- Strong expertise in P&L management, financial modeling, and forecasting.
- Experience with dropshipping, supply chain finance, and transaction organization is a plus.
