We are looking for Chat Support Agents to join our young and motivated Lead-Gen Marketing Agency & Sales Management Agency

Requirements:

- Outgoing personality, high energy and enthusiasm required.
- Understanding of communication methods with different demographics & sales prospects, including basic humour, understanding of sub-text, and typical English conversational nuance.
- Accurate & efficient typing and multitasking skills, a basic understanding of math & accounting as well as computer programs and team management programs such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Excel Spreadsheets etc.
- Willingness to learn,,, to grow and to listen.
- Opportunity for multi-year employment.
- If consistently successful in the implementation of our sales strategies, there is an opportunity to become a Sales Manager or a Shift Leader.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Proceed through our in-house training process.
- Study training materials, demonstrate and apply our systems and processes when clocked in.
- Communicate effectively to sales prospects and internal team colleagues.
- Upsell and cross-sell various products according to the needs of the customer
- Report your activities daily, tracking your hours and other relevant shift data and information.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated proficiency in English - C1 minimum - and understanding of English grammar and culture.
- Successful completion of a typing test, achieving minimum expected results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast and consistent Wi-Fi/ internet connection.
- Dedicated home office/ workspace
- Desire to be part of a young, innovative and entrepreneurial management team!

Schedule:

- Full Time

Compensation Plan: $1,000+ / month OR $5,6/hr
