Chat Specialist

As a Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through chat platforms, providing exceptional service, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques. Your role will also involve building rapport with customers, managing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their journey.

Job is 6 days per week, 8 hours per day

Qualifications:
-Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or customer service is a plus.
-Excellent communication skills (written)
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in using chat platforms and familiar with technology.
-Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
-Being familiar with the way people from United States talk/chat
-Owning a laptop
