Job Description:
We are a US-based company seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will specialize in US real estate analysis, bookkeeping, and general accounting, with expertise in budgeting, cash flow management, and coordination with external CPAs for US taxation compliance. Prior experience in the construction industry is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Perform remote bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct financial analysis for US real estate projects and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external CPAs to ensure compliance with US tax regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets to optimize financial performance.
• Handle general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accounts management.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Collaborate with the US-based team to prepare financial reports and recommendations.

Qualifications:
• Must be a CPA with proven experience.
• Strong background in US real estate accounting and financial analysis.
• Expertise in general accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Experience in the construction industry is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to work full-time without other commitments.

Requirements:
• Must be available to start immediately.
• Willing to work California Timezone hours.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.

Compensation:
