Job Overview:
We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling full-cycle accounting, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with international clients.


Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage full-cycle accounting, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Prepare and analyze month-end and year-end financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Assist with financial audits and tax preparation.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide financial insights.


Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation (required)
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master’s degree preferred)
2-3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Background in bookkeeping and financial accounting
Experience with full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Proactive and adaptable in handling different tasks
Comfortable working in the EST time zone
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
